Terms of service
About these terms. These terms apply between you and Vanessa Bell (ABN 27 038 009 261) of Walcha NSW, trading as Ask Clarity (“Clarity”, “we” or “us”). By ticking to accept them and submitting a question, you agree to these terms.
The nature of the service. Clarity will connect with your energy, pinpoint the areas of your life requiring psychic guidance and/or connect with Spirit, for a unique and personal experience.
Provided as is. The techniques and information provided through Clarity readings, whether in the app, virtually or in person, are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, whether as to use, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
Disclaimer of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity expressly disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to any loss or damage arising from any use of the information or any part of the information, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect compensatory, special, incidental or consequential damages or costs of any kind or character.
Not professional advice. A reading is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and must never be used in its place. Any decision you make, professionally, medically, financially or otherwise, is entirely your own. If you are in danger or distress, please call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use Clarity.
Payment. Your card is authorised when you submit a question and charged only once your question has been accepted. Questions declined at review are never charged. Once accepted, a question is not refundable. Membership fees are not refundable for unused questions or unused check-ins.
Questions Clarity doesn’t answer. Clarity does not answer questions about health, pregnancy or medical matters; legal, financial or gambling decisions; death, crime or missing people; or children. We may decline any question at our discretion, in which case you are not charged.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy. How we collect, store and delete your information is explained in our privacy notice.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accepted when submitting a question applies to that question.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
